SLS 3D-printer Red Rock RR 300 in work: production of precision products using SLS technology

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) is a printing technology that uses a laser to sinter polymer powder into a solid three-dimensional structure. SLS allows to print the most complex shapes inside a mass of plastic powder.

Thanks to the technology which does not require layers support, the SLS printer is capable to print objects inside other objects (for example, a ball inside a cube), moving mechanisms, complex shapes that are almost impossible to make any other way. Printed products are highly durable, with precision of tens of microns and do not require any additional processing.
