Anti-corruption policy

In the performance of obligations, the parties, their affiliates, employees or intermediaries do not pay, or authorize payment of any compensation or valuables, directly or indirectly, to any persons to influence the actions or decisions in order to obtain any advantage or for any other purpose.

Fulfilling their obligations, the parties, their affiliates, employees or intermediaries do not carry out actions categorized as bribery/ receiving, commercial bribery, and actions that violate the requirements of applicable law and international acts against the legalization (laundering) of proceeds of crime.

In the event of suspicions that a violation of any provisions of this article has occurred or may occure, the party concerned undertakes to notify the other party in writing. After a written notification, the party concerned has the right to suspend the performance of the obligations until it is confirmed that the violation has not occurred or will not occur. This confirmation must be sent within ten business days of the date of the written notification.

In the written notice, the party is obliged to refer to the facts or provide material that verifies or gives grounds to suggest that there has been or may be a violation of any provisions of this article by the contractor, its affiliates, employees or intermediaries expressed in actions categorized by applicable law as bribery or bribery, commercial bribery, and actions that violate the requirements of applicable law and international acts against the legalization of proceeds of crime.

If one party violates its obligation to refrain from acts prohibited above and/or not to be received by the other party within the statutory deadline of confirmation that a violation has not occurred or will not occur, the other party has the right to terminate the contract unilaterally or in part by sending a written notice of termination.

The party on whose initiative the contract was terminated in accordance with the provisions of this article has the right to claim redress for the real damages resulting from such termination.
